Project activities

It was very important that we planned joint activities of learning, teaching and training, because in this way we best checked our planned trainings for teachers, and above all we exchanged good practices between Croatian and Slovenian teachers, since it was planned that each school would exchanged 12 teachers and 10 students over three years.

For each activity of learning, teaching, training, four teachers visited a partner school for six days as a short-term joint staff training event. We attended classes, participated in school activities, planned and tested teacher training with applications, and planned follow-up activities.

In the last year of the project, our students, together with their teachers, had 6 days of mobility in terms of analyzing the implementation of modern lessons with applications under the updated digital Bloom taxonomy. So in three years we carried out 6 short-term learning, teaching or training activities (detailed below Cn), exchanging 24 teachers and 20 students. Deviations occurred only during the duration of the mobility, as instead of 5 days we carried out 6 days (Mon – Fri) to facilitate the organization of a Saturday professional excursion of all participants when the classes were free. Therefore, there is also a financial mismatch in the Mobility tool, because after consulting the National Agency, we entered the days as realistically as we used to.
